The West Branch Drug & Alcohol Abuse Commission is a private, non-profit human service agency committed to helping people find their way to recovery since 1974. The Commission serves as the Single County Authority (SCA). The Commission is responsible for facilitating the provision of a comprehensive and balanced continuum of care of quality substance abuse prevention, intervention, and treatment services for Lycoming and Clinton County residents. The Commission seeks to reduce the addiction, alleviate its effect and ultimately eliminate the abuse and misuse of alcohol, tobacco, and other drugs.
