The Pennsylvania State Police at Montoursville released a report of harassment involving a school bus driver in Jordan Township.  According to the report, on May 20, 2015, at approximately 6:50 a.m., Stacie Hopkins of Unityville stopped the school bus she was operating to threaten another driver.  In the commission of this crime, Hopkins stopped the school bus and engaged the school b

Hemlock, Locust, Scott and South Centre townships and Bloomsburg Police Departments today announced seat-belt enforcement activities as part of a national Memorial Day Click It or Ticket seat-belt enforcement mobilization. The enforcement will be conducted in the evening hours from May 29 through May 30 on roadways in Columbia County.

The Pennsylvania State Police at Montoursville announced that they will be conducting DUI enforcement sobriety check points within Lycoming County from May 22, 2015 through May 24, 2015.  Check points are scheduled to arrest and prosecute drunk drivers to the fullest extent of the law.  Motorists are reminded to buckle up, drive safely, and refrain from drinking and driving.
